Suresh is 1958 born from Alappuzha, Kerala. He made his debut in Bollywood as a child artist in the movie Odayanil Ninnu in the year 1965 (age of 7). The movie was a story of the struggles of a rickshaw puller.

On January 2020, the Crime branch reported that Suresh had submitted his two Audi cars at a price of ₹60 lakh and ₹80 lakh each and avoid paying a tax of ₹3.6 lakh and ₹16 lakh for each of the cars. He was later released on expectant bail.
